As a full service design studio, we offer a personalized experience with a range of ala carte services. In doing so, each client receives a customized design package anywhere from floor plans to furnishings. KFM specializes in luxury, modern tech, custom curated pieces, sustainable design, outdoor oasis and urban development.

We work closely with each client to understand your needs and preferences.

Together we create a customized design plan that reflects your unique style and personality. Rest assured while we maintain the schedule, budget, contractors, deliverables and install.

DESIGN BUILD KFM understands the benefits of sharing the clients vision with the architect, and contractor early on. We maximize efficiency and cost savings, while providing a single point of contact to the client.

REMODEL Before embarking on a home remodel, we'll discuss your design goals. We'll consider functionality, aesthetics, and how the space will serve your family's lifestyle and needs.

CONSULTATION An initial meeting between designer and client, we'll discuss the project’s scope, goals, budget, and timeline. During this consultation, clients are encouraged to share inspiration photos, and demonstrate how they typically utilize the space.

FLOOR PLANS We provide comprehensive Life Safety Plans for businesses that have converted residential use to business such as group homes. We create and review floor plans for business occupancies, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.

CONTRACTOR SELECTIONS This part of the process can be stressful if you don’t have trusted and reliable contractors. Leave this task to KFM. We partner with the best in the business and provide on site project management.

DECOR KFM offers "Designer for a Day". We assist clients who need more help beyond the design consultation but aren’t looking for ongoing services. We provide space planning, FF&E selections and of course designer discounts.

WHOLE ROOM This is where artistic expression meets functionality. From stylish furniture arrangements to clever storage solutions, together we'll create spaces that are not only visually stunning but also highly practical.

E DESIGN Remote design services can be conducted via email and video communication. Our clients receive design recommendations, mood boards, and virtual layouts without in-person visits.

Harnessing the power of design, Joy Collaborative creates one-of-a-kind "Joy Rooms" that bring delight, enhance independence, create community and foster well-being.

Mark Ostrom, Executive Director for Joy Collaborative, creates environments for youth with life-limiting conditions. Joy Collaborative was inspired by a desire to champion for youth living with conditions that limit their activity and often keep them isolated. Mark recently reached out to KFM to design a Joy room for Jayden.

Jayden, a thirteen year old boy with autism, is one of the recipients of a "Joy Room". This project will be featured as a part of Joy's "Sunshine Campaign".

Helping to bring joy to Jayden's room through design are KFM Designs, and SENSEsational Designs. A special thank you to Parameters for their financial contribution as well as Amani Construction, Hirshfields, California Closets, DG Welding, James Lamis and Lakeside Floor Coverings who've provided materials and labor.
